The Idea
It all started with a simple dream — to create a place where people could enjoy great food without the wait. Our founder sketched out the first menu on a napkin over a cup of coffee.
2020
In the Kitchen
We spent an entire year perfecting our recipes, experimenting with flavors, and sourcing the freshest local ingredients. Every dish was tested dozens of times before making the cut.

First Signature Dishes
The Smoky BBQ Pal Burger and PalBites Signature Chicken were born. These two dishes quickly became the heart of our menu and remain our most beloved items to this day.

Opening Our Doors
After years of preparation, we finally opened our first physical location. The response was overwhelming — we sold out within the first two hours and had a line around the block.

Going Digital
We launched our online ordering platform, making it easier than ever for customers to enjoy PalBites from the comfort of their homes. Our digital menu and rewards system went live.
